A company is looking for a Software Testing Principal.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, cases, and procedures to ensure systems meet standards and requirements
Lead testing activities and document results, providing technical solutions to complex problems
Support continuous improvement of testing processes and metrics reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Advanced certifications in testing or quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA) are preferred
