Mandatory Skills

• 10+ Years of Total work experience.
• 5-6 years of experience in Salesforce QA / Testing
• 100% Remote
• Salesforce Multi-Cloud QA Tester with 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce testing and QA lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have experience working across multiple Salesforce clouds along with contact center integrations and digital engagement platforms.

• Strong experience in end-to-end QA lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Multi-Cloud environments
• Experience testing:
• Digital Experience
• MIAW Chat
• IVR Contact Center solutions
• Amazon Connect integration
• Service Cloud Voice (SCV)
• Knowledge Management
• Experience Cloud
• Service Cloud with Case Management
• Data Cloud
• Experience with Reporting & Metrics validation
• Strong understanding of 3rd-party integrations testing
• Experience with API/Web Services testing is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
• Excellent communication skills
